Our Team

Our team has extensive experience in providing a range of consulting services in project management.

Ana

„Quick, Effic and Deliver “

Ana is a project manager, predominantly a pragmatic person focused on bringing the project to completion as much as possible within the given time frame and budget. She is a good communicator, spending a lot of time listening to team members and conveying information to them. There are also moments when Ana gets annoyed with people from the project team. During such times, she becomes sarcastic and biting but rarely loses her temper and control. In executing projects, she tries to find the best solution; that is, she doesn’t act impulsively but prefers to think and weigh the options, which can sometimes irritate the “faster” project team members. She enjoys learning and is open to new methods, tools, and techniques but does not adhere to them unquestioningly; she only applies what has a clear purpose. She often works overtime because of her engagement on multiple projects. Her dedication to work is rarely shared to the same extent by team members.

Leo

“Let me tell you how…”

Leo is a consultant. He holds all the project management licenses and regularly participates in conferences and panels. He has read all the books and manuals. He knows everything about project management, both traditional and agile. He lives on LinkedIn. His favourite mantra is, “The project’s purpose is to create value for the client.” When he appears at the team meeting, he believes his occasional presence brings enlightenment. The board thinks his references could be helpful. The team members are just “thrilled” with Mr Know-it-all and his omniscient demeanour. Let us tell you the secret, although you have already guessed it. Leo has never led a project.

Oscar

“A project without science, is, you know, like Higgs without Boson (P=H0-B)+S, Oscar, O. 2024).”

Oscar is a scientific genius. Practicality isn’t his strong suit, and he doesn’t hide it. He thinks analytically. For every problem, he frames hypotheses and research questions. He finds answers to project implementation queries in scientific papers. He gladly shares the latest findings in project management with his project team members, even though they often don’t share his enthusiasm. If you need hypotheses, mathematical models, research questions, constructs and mediators, variables, and factors, call Oscar. And give him enough time. If you need results quickly, get Oscar a subscription to project management journals and lock him in the lab.

Project managers, and particularly project sponsors, often believe that if it takes one woman nine months to have a baby, then nine women can have a baby in one month. Oscar knows that it’s all relative.

Ned

“Value for the project is value for me!”

Ned is, above all, a practical guy who always finds the shortest path. Sometimes, he doesn’t just find shortcuts – he creates them. He’s a bit of a maverick. For him, project management is pure intuition and improvisation. He’s never read a single book, not even a blog, about project management. He despises certifications and the alphabet soup of letters after the names of project team members. His creative solutions can be useful, as long as they’re on the right side of the law. He’s an unending source of creativity, but if it’s about execution, you might want to call someone else.

FAA-F

“You’re welcome! If you have any more questions or need assistance with anything else, feel free to ask.”

FAA-F is a robot. It uses artificial intelligence to structure and answer various questions plaguing the project team. It’s not exactly creative, but it’s like a fish in water when it comes to the library of project management knowledge. Aside from using AI to make decisions and manage the project, FAA-F is a total geek for artificial intelligence and a gadget master for new technologies. It’s also an expert in data analysis and can make snappy decisions faster than the team can brew their first coffee. While it doesn’t have the emotional range of a soap opera character, FAA-F communicates politely and efficiently with the team and all other project players – we could really learn a thing or two from it!
